Reservations and services

When an email confirmation is delivered, or the operator confirms over the phone if the reservation was made over the phone, the reservation is considered final. All terms and conditions are considered accepted at this point. Reservations made on behalf of an outside supplier are subject to regulation by the service provider's terms and conditions. Reservations made via the Quality Parking website are considered confirmed as soon as a confirmation and reference number are sent. All offers and promotions are contingent upon their availability.

Charges and payment

All prices, including VAT, are listed in UK pounds sterling. Regardless of any prices we may quote elsewhere or in a promotional offer, it will be the price agreed at the time of booking.

The scheduled service must be paid in full before it may begin. Any additional days of parking incurred because of a delayed flight or any other reason will be billed at the current rate and must be paid before the car is returned. The charge for a new day begins at 00:01 hrs, exactly one minute after midnight.

Cancellation

The customer's direct reservations made with Quality Parking Ltd are the only ones covered by the following cancellation policy. Reservations made via booking agents are subject to the terms and regulations of each specific booking agent and must be cancelled directly with the booking agents.

All cancellations must be done in writing. After cancellation, any refunds will be issued within 14 days.

No cancellations will be accepted after the booking start time has passed if you fail to do so. If a reservation is shortened, there will be no credit or refund available; once the booking has started, it cannot be cancelled for the remaining period. When your car is parked, its belongings and vehicles are left at the owner's risk unless our staff have acted carelessly or without using reasonable caution and care. Except in cases where our personnel have acted carelessly or without using reasonable diligence, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your vehicles, including alarms, immobilizers, glass, flat batteries, tires, windscreens with chips and cracks, mechanical issues, or structural breakdowns.

Customer duties

You are required to ensure that the vehicle is in a legally permissible and roadworthy state for use on public roads at the start and end of the parking time. No harmful, hazardous, or illegal items are allowed to be left in the car.

When the client hands the car over to the Quality Parking driver, the onus is on the client to ensure the following are done:

1. Make sure that every window in the car is securely closed.

2. That every item of personal belonging that can be taken out of the car is done so.

3. That other objects are taken out of the key and that the sure driver is only given the ignition keys.

4. That every piece of recording equipment in your car is turned off. We do not permit recording devices in our parking lots due to the security of our facilities and the privacy of our other customers.
